At WESI, we believe protecting the planet begins with our everyday actions. That’s why we host the Monthly Environmental Cleanup Exercise—a vibrant, community-driven event where students, volunteers, and local residents unite to clean public spaces, raise awareness, and celebrate our shared responsibility to care for the Earth.
We envision the last Saturday of every month as a national day of cleanup and climate action. We aim to mobilize schools and communities across all 36 states to join us in making Nigeria cleaner, greener, and more resilient— one plastic bottle at a time.
